Is my jewelry from Joyful Bead going to tarnish?
No! This is a big reason I started this business. Just like you, I hate wasting my money on jewelry that doesn't look good after a few weeks. All of our jewelry is made using gold filled findings and beads. My three daughters and I test everything before adding it to the website to make sure you bracelets won't flake or fade. Then we donate all of the beads that aren't up to our standards.
How long does it take before my jewelry will ship?
All of our products are made as they are ordered. We typically ship within 2-3 business days. If there is an exception it will be noted at the top of our website and on our Instagram page.
How do I know what size to order?
Wrist sizes do vary. We recommend using a string to measure you wrist and holding that up against a ruler. See our size guide for sizing tips.
