Is my jewelry from Joyful Bead going to tarnish?
No! This is a big reason I started this business. Just like you, I hate wasting my money on jewelry that doesn't look good after a few weeks. All of our jewelry is made using gold filled findings and beads. My three daughters and I test everything before adding it to the website to make sure you bracelets won't flake or fade. Then we donate all of the beads that aren't up to our standards.
How long does it take before my jewelry will ship?
All of our products are made as they are ordered. This means you will need to take into account the extra processing time. Processing time happens before the product ships. While you can pay to expedite shipping you will also need to add processing time on top of that since our bracelets are handmade. If you need an order quicker, please message us and we will do what we can to speed up the processing time. Keep in mind that this can't always be done depending on the amount of orders we are currently working on. We typically ship within 5-7 business days. If there is an exception it will be noted at the top of our website and on our Instagram page.
How do I know what size to order?
Wrist sizes do vary. We recommend using a string to measure you wrist and holding that up against a ruler. See our size guide for sizing tips.
